Near the village of Arkhyz, before reaching the Romantik resort, there is a stunningly beautiful place - Sofiyskaya Polyana. This delightfully amazing place attracts active tourists. Various hiking routes originate here and climbers begin their ascents to the mountain ranges. The most popular route is undoubtedly the Sofia Lakes and Sofia Waterfalls. Nevertheless, not everyone is ready to be active on vacation, sometimes guests come to admire the beauty of the mountains and spend time in merger with nature. And just for these purposes, the Sphera hotel, which appeared here not so long ago, is ideal.
Hotel "Sphere" is located on the banks of the mountain river Psysh, whose emerald waters enchant, calm and free the mind from worries. The hotel itself is a detached house, three walls of which are glass from floor to ceiling. This architecture of houses further enhances the unity with nature. Each house has its own terrace with furniture and its own barbecue. The houses are secluded in a pine forest and, I will tell you, breakfast on the terrace in such an atmosphere is a special kind of aesthetic pleasure.
In the house itself, everything is also provided for your comfort. The windows are transparent only for those who are inside, from the outside you can not see what is happening in the house. But if you still prefer to curtain the windows, no problem, all windows are equipped with roller blinds. The bathroom, which, by the way, also has a glass wall, also has blinds. Speaking about the bathrooms, I would like to note that they are all carefully stocked with toiletries and soft white towels and bathrobes.
The hotel does not provide food, nor does it have a cafe or restaurant. But the kitchenette is equipped with a sink, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and utensils. And of course, do not forget about the grill. Dishes cooked on an open fire in combination with mountain air are especially appetizing.
The room has satellite TV and Wi-Fi, but in general, the connection in this place is very poor.
The hotel offers a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and a Siberian vat. All this is not included in the cost of living and is paid separately.
I really liked the hotel and the place itself, but I have a few comments left for it.
Firstly, there are several unfinished objects on the territory (I hope it will be a restaurant) and construction debris is found on the territory of the hotel here and there. This is not what you want to see in an attempt to adjust harmony with nature.
Secondly, it would be ideal to provide a playground. I saw many families with children in the hotel and they clearly missed it.
Thirdly, despite the fact that the rooms have kitchens, not everyone wants to bother with cooking on vacation. It is clear that most of the guests come for a day or two, a mandatory part of the program is barbecue. But the meat will run out by lunchtime 2 days, and the refrigerator is not designed for a supply of food, just as the absence of a stove does not imply global cooking. Therefore, the presence of a cafe or restaurant is very necessary.
My verdict - the hotel has every chance of success. I wish him prosperity. We had a great weekend there. And if there is a cafe there for my next visit, I will add it to my list of favorite hotels.
